If you were a fan of The Ring and The Ring Two then you’ve surely heard that a third movie is now making the franchise a trilogy.  Rings is slated to come out in a few weeks.   While reviews and ratings from conventional mediums don’t always rate horror movies favorably, among horror movie fans, The Ring has always been considered a classic.   However, on the lighter side of things, Samara (the creepy long-haired girl) decided to play a little joke on some people in an electronics store in New York.

A fake television set was placed in the store and little Samara actually bursts from the screen.    I’m not going to lie, I’m really really happy I wasn’t in the city that day.  Pretty sure I would have needed a new set of underwear if I had to witness this.

Here’s a synopsis:

A new chapter in the beloved Ring horror franchise. A young woman becomes worried about her boyfriend when he explores a dark subculture surrounding a mysterious videotape said to kill the watcher seven days after he has viewed it. She sacrifices herself to save her boyfriend and in doing so makes a horrifying discovery: there is a “movie within the movie” that no one has ever seen before.
